ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose petitioner representation dated 19.07.2022 in accordance with law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she was allotted a vacant land in the year 1988 for which rent was fixed at the rate of Rs.64/- per month. Thereafter, the said cycle shop was closed and a xerox shop was opened in the said temporary shed during the year 2002. Subsequently, the third respondent without any valid reason, sealed the petitioner's shop, due to which the petitioner has also made a representation dated 19.07.2022 in this regard before the third respondent to de-seal the petitioner's premises. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in the above writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 19.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time 2/5

frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. On the above contentions heard learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 19.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.06.2023 (rap) Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non speaking order : Yes / No 3/5
