O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Kangeyam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.351 of 2013 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits in

accordance with law.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the plaintiff/revision petitioner, who is a senior citizen, has filed a suit in O.S.No.351 of 2013 and the same is pending for more than three years. He further submitted that issues were already framed and the suit has been posted for trial from 04.12.2014 onwards. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the suit. 3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, the District Munsif Court, Kangeyam, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.351 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, after giving fair opportunity to both the parties.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
