Crl.M.P.No.8512 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10988 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10988 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10988 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
