ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15412 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in Crl.O.P.No.15412 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020 and that there are 24 previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed for relax the condition.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15412 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020.
