This application has been filed to amend the Sections in the order dated 22.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14361 of 2022 as Section 4(1) (aa) of T.N.P. Act r/w. Section 7 of R.S. Rules 2000 instead of Section 4(1)(aaa) of T.N.P.Act r/w. Section 7 of R.S.Rules 2000.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.14361 of 2022, dated 22.06.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
