ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 17.02.2015 and to give protection to construct the compound wall of the petitioner's premises.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.239/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
