ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.02.2015 and to investigate and file a final report within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It appears that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.58 of 2015 and that he has made an allegation against the Investigating Officer in this case and also against one Rizwanudden. order infavour of him to safeguard his possession of any property.

4. On a reading of the complaint, no positive direction could be given to the respondent to conduct an enquiry and to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
