The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the currency of this Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.90 of 2012 was dismissed by the Trial Court.

2. In view of the dismissal of the Civil Suit, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. The Civil Revision Petitions is dismissed on account of the subsequent events. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
