By the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 29.9.2015, the petitioner was asked to hand over charge to the 2nd respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 1st respondent.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent. As and when such representation is made, the same will have to be considered by the 1st respondent by passing appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
