sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that final report has been filed and taken on file by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate in P.R.C.No.97 of 2023 and the same was quashed by this Court dated 17.08.2023 & 10.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.18661 of 2023 & 17902 of 2023 respectively.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
