Prayer in W.P.No.44176/2016: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2016 not to convert the petitioner's daughter Charumathi Medical seat in third respondent College into Management Quota and permit the petitioner's daughter Charumathi to continue as I year M.B.B.S. Student in the third respondent College and thereafter as per the allotment order A.R.No.19841 dated 28.09.2016 on the file of second respondent herein.

Prayer in W.P.No.44177/2016: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2016 not to convert the petitioner's daughter R.Sandhiya Medical seat in third respondent College into Management Quota and permit the petitioner's daughter R.Sandhiya to continue as I year M.B.B.S. Student in the third respondent College as Government allotted seat as per the allotment order No.8585 dated 22.09.2016 on the file of second respondent herein.
