This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities of G.Suresh Alexander, who died intestate on 06.07.2020. His mother Mrs. Mary Rani had died on 03.09.2018. The first petitioner is his wife and the second and third petitioners are his daughters. The details of the securities had been given in the schedule to the petition.

2. After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to adduce evidence. The first petitioner examined herself as PW-1. The death certificate of her husband G.Suresh Alexander was marked as Ex.P-1 and the legal heirship certificate was marked as Ex.P-2. The details regarding the shares statements were marked as Exs.P-3 and P-4.

3. In view of the evidence produced, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive interest, dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule is issued.
