Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.60 of 2015 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.03.2015. The said statement is recorded.
