This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for a sum of Rs.1,63,57,853.21/- failing which to order attachment of property.
2. Now, it appears that the legal heirs are brought on record as the st respondent died. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for applicant that the award was also passed on 05.12.2019. The legal heirs have also participated in the arbitration proceedings before the Arbitrator. As the award is also passed, it is for the applicant to enforce the award as per law. Page 2/4
Taking note of the pandemic situation and the respondents have also participated in the arbitration proceedings before the Arbitrator, there shall be an order of interim protection for the period of six months from today restraining the respondents from encumbering the said property till such period. It is open for the applicant to file necessary Execution Petition to enforce the award as per law within such period and get necessary orders from the Execution Court.
