Order: This petition coming or for Extension of time on the Tuesday, the Second day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 15.04.2021 in the presence of M/S.D.DHAYALAN, ADVOCATE for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply the condition in the order of this Court dated 15.04.2021 in C.R.P (NPD). No.241 of 2021.
2. This Court, by its order dated 15.04.2021, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards part satisfaction of the suit claim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner received the order copy only on 13.6.2021. Meanwhile, the petitioner was tested positive for Covid19 and his wife suffered from chest pain and got admitted in hospital. Therefore, he was unable to comply with the direction of this Court and seeks further time for depositing the sum of Rs.30,000/-.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted a further time of thirty days from today, for depositing the sum of Rs.30,000/- as per the order of this Court dated 15.04.2021.
