Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner filed the above Civil Revision Petition against the Order passed in I.A.No.298 of 2015 in O.S.No.105 of 2014, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Neyveli.

3.While, drafting the order copy, the suit number is erroneously typed as O.S.No.104 of 2014 instead of O.S.No.105 of 2014 in the prayer portion as well as in para 7 of the order.

Registry is directed to correct the mistake and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
