The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 5 to implement the direction of the 1st respondent in number F.No.1/419/2013 Rep. dated 12.12.2013 in its letter and spirit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed. The respondents also initiated action in this regard.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
