This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Additional Mahila Court, Vellore, Vellore District in Dis.No.550 of 2022 dated 25.07.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.16361 of 2021, this Court by an order dated 22.09.2021 directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.434 of 2021, within a period of three months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Additional Mahila Court, Vellore, Vellore District has sent communication dated 25.07.2022 in Dis.No.550 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.434 of 2021 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.
