Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the second respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. By consent, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioners have filed the above writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their individual representations dated 29.4.2015 for a no objection certificate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stating that the respective properties of the petitioners are not under acquisition of the first respondent Board, so as to enable them to develop their properties.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent, the Competent Authority would be the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, who has to consider the petitioners' request. However, he has not been impleaded as a party to the writ petitions. Hence, the relief as sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted at this stage. But, liberty is granted to the petitioners to submit an appropriate representation to the Competent Authority along with a copy of this order. If such a representation is made before the Competent Authority, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
