O R D E R

This revision has been filed against the order of the Rent Controller dismissing the I.A.No.17 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Controller [Principal District Munsif, Erode].

2. When the attention of the learned counsel for the petitioners was drawn to Section 23 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings [Lease & Rent Control] Act, 1960, learned

counsel volunteered to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to approach the Rent Control Authority. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
