O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second Respondents herein to take disciplinary action to the third and fourth respondents herein based upon the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2015 within time fame work to be stipulated by this Court.
2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 18.01.2017 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 02.02.2017. Thereafter, for the past two years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than two years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of two years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
3. In view of the above, this writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
