Petition was filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dt 3.7.2012 bearing ref. Na.Ka. No.63128/C3/E1/2009 in as much as it relates to

declaring surplus of Graduate Teacher (Maths) in the 4th respondent school and the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated Nil bearing ref. Nil and quash the same.
