When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Writ Petitions. He has also circulated a Letter dated 21.03.2023 to the Registry to that effect. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the Petitions today.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However,

liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stands closed.
