ORDER

The order passed in the Writ Petition has been upheld by a Division Bench in W.A.No.2236 of 2023 and an order of stay has also been granted on 13.02.2024.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
