This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.3590 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023.
2. Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this court, the documents that are relied upon by the enquiry officer was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.
