In WP No.7638 of 2023, by an order dated 13.03.2023, this Court 1/3

has directed the 3rd respondent (1st respondent herein) to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. In pursuance to the direction, it appears that the 1st respondent (3rd respondent in writ petition) has caused notice to the parties on 08.08.2023, with regard to deviation in the said building and the learned Standing Counsel for Tambaram City Municipal Corporation produced the copy of the same.

3. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No Costs.
