This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to measure the land of the petitioner based on his online application dated 14.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the sale deed in document No.1153/2023 executed in favour of the petitioner and based on which, the petitioner has made necessary payment through challan for measuring the lands on 14.03.2025.
3. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, on written instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the online application made by the petitioner, survey will be conducted on 14.05.2025.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the 2/4
submissions made on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to act on the application made by the petitioner and complete the process as intimated by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
