O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on a complaint given by one Vimala to the Chief Minister Cell, which has been forwarded to the respondent Police, a petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the Police is free to register the FIR and this order of not to harass shall not be a shield against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
