This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw the case i.e. H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Panruti and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
