The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.J.Vijaya Raghavan undertakes to file vakalat for the 2nd respondent. Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam entered appearance for the 3rd respondent. The learned counsels has no objection for the delay being condoned.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.

The Registry is also directed to print the name of the learned counsels at the time of admission.
