This application is filed by the defendants 3, 4, 5 and 7 to grant permission for the production of documents by the applicants/ defendants 3, 4, 5 and 7 in the present suit to mark as exhibit.

2. Already, the applicants/defendants 3, 4, 5 and 7 have lost their right to file the written statement since they had not filed the written statement within 120 days from the date of receipt of summons. When there is no pleadings of the defendants, they cannot produce any document independently. However, as per Commercial Courts Act, they can mark their documents during cross examination through plaintiff's witness in the manner known to law.
