JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1321 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, Special Supplementary Examination has been conducted for the subject Human Anatomy.
