O R D E R
The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.9050 of 2006 dated 03.04.2006, in which this Court directed as follows: " In view of the same, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the second and third respondents to implement the orders of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal in O.A.Nos.9496 of 1997 dated 09.04.2002 and 3534 of 2002 dated 28.06.2002 respectively by treating the petitioners as Headmasters from the date they were entitled to as per the orders of the Tribunal and grant Selection Grade and Special Grade scale of pay to the petitioners, as the case may be and pay other monetary benefits, preferably within a period of eighteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."
2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the above said order of this Court has already been complied with by the respondents herein in the year 2006 itself. In proof of which, a copy of the order dated 03.11.2006 passed by the respondents herein has been produced before this Court.

4. Since the said order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs.
