The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to suspend the registration of her Fortuner Car bearing Reg.No.TN-01-AS-0004 by considering her representation dated 28.10.2015.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that one Poomalai Shanmugam being a tenant under her, requested the petitioner to use her Fortuner Car bearing Regn.No.TN 01 AS 0004 for the purpose of marriage of his daughter. Accordingly, the petitioner gave her vehicle. But the said Poomalai Shanmugam failed to return the same and threatened the petitioner to execute a letter stating that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- and is willing to sell her car. The petitioner also came to know that her vehicle was involved in illegal activities. Hence, she lodged a complaint to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Tamilnadu, the Commissioner of Police, Chennai and the Inspector of Police, Pondy Bazaar on 10.01.2015. The petitioner has also made a representation dated 28.10.2015 to the respondents seeking temporary suspension of registration of her vehicle and the same is yet to be disposed of. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for the above stated relief.

4.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to pass any order in this writ petition, except recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Further if any order is passed pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2015, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
