(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate, Tirupattur instead of POCSO Court (Special Judge), Vellore in the order passed in Crl.O.P No.15901 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 08.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15901 of 2020 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of amended copy of this order.
