The petitioner is the State of Tamil Nadu rep. by the deputy Commissioner (CT), and they have challenged the order passed by the Tamil Nadu Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal.
2.The first respondent is the contesting respondent and the writ petition as against the first respondent was dismissed as early as on 5.8.2011. Therefore, the Writ Petition cannot be proceeded with against the second respondent alone. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed against the second respondent also. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a Petition for restoration of the Writ Petition against both the respondents and if the same is filed, the said Petition shall be listed before this Court, without insisting upon any petition for condonation of delay.
