2. Heard Mr.M.Jaikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Petition enquiry is pending and therefore the respondent's police is directed to enquiry into the petition. The respondent police is directed to take action in accordance with law, if there is any cognizable offences and if does not disclose, the same is closed.
