ORDER

Seeking to forbear the respondent from constructing public toilet near her house, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Though a larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if the representation made by her on 07.06.2016 by way of lawyer notice is directed to be considered by the respondent. 4.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
