The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2016 seeking for grant of educational loan to him.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the course for which education loan was sought by the petitioner, itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
