ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 15.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.19393 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by either sides that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19393 of 2021, has been complied with. The respondent has filed the copy of the communication of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (CBE) Limited, Coimbatore, Erode Region: Chennimalai Road, Erode-1, dated 04.09.2023 with regard to the same.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 15.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.19393 of 2021 has been complied with by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
