Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2015 and in consequence to shift the proposed burial ground in S.No. 245, Salaiputhur, Ilakkamanayakkanpatti Post, Kankayam Taluk, Thiruppur District to some other appropriate place.

The petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 30.10.2015 with a request to shift the proposed burial ground in S.No. 245, Salaiputhur, Ilakkamanayakkanpatti Post, Kankayam Taluk, Thiruppur District to some other appropriate place. As the said representation has not been disposed of, seeking to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
expedite the disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015 with regard to the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conside and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
