Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the score card of the petitioner issued by the 1st Respondent, published on 16.10.2020 and quash the same as illegal and erroneous and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to produce the physical copy of original OMR sheet of the Petitioner which was in Pink and White colour along with blue colour smudge done with the pen given by NTA and compare the same with the Scanned copy released by the 1st Respondent and direct fresh evaluation and issue correct score card in the name of the Petitioner and further direct the third respondent namely Dr. M.G.R Medical College University to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for MBBS admission for the academic year 2020 based on the correct score card and to pass orders.

When the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
