issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3 to 5th respondents herein to conduct survey and fix the boundary stones for petitioner's property, comprised in Patta No.313, Survey No.218/1 in 2 acre 06 cent (0.83.50 hectares) within the boundaries of Elayanagaram Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupathur District by considering the petitioner representation dated 24.04.2025 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third and fifth respondents to conduct survey in respect of the petitioner's land in Patta No.313, Survey No.218/1 in 2 acre 06 cent (0.83.50 hectares) within the boundaries of Elayanagaram Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, 2/5

2. The petitioner relies on the document through the Sale deed in Document No.1509 of 2025 and based on which, chitta was issued in favour of the petitioner and he has filed an application on 07.03.2025 before the 4th respondent seeking to survey the property.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submits that already the application of the petitioner has been acted upon and for conducting survey, date has been fixed on 12.05.2025.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that already a date has been fixed for survey, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 24.04.2025 and complete the process within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
