ORDER

(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent, the District Collector, under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner got remedy by way of a Revision before the Government under Section 10-A of the Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner, without exhausting the revisional remedy, has approached this Court by way of the Writ Petition, which we are not inclined to entertain. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the District Collector before the State Government under Section Section 10A of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act.

3. In view of the reasons stated above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
