The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the appeal .

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection in allowing the petition.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and print the name of C.Prabakaran, for respondents/caveator.
