CMP. No.13197 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 260 days in paying the deficit court fees.

2. CMP.No.13199 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 243 days in representing the appeal filed against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court(Fast Track Court), Kanchipuram.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection in allowing the petitions.

4. Considering the submission made by the counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed.
