O R D E R
This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2226 of 2012, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent/defacto complainant died.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case in Crime No.2226 of 2012, has already been closed as "mistake of fact". The learned Government Advocate further submitted that as on date there is no case pending as against the petitioner on the file of the first respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above submissions, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
