Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

This Writ Petition has been filed by Mr.P.Poongavanam, seeking only a limited prayer to direct the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the third respondent against the petitioner vide Kuripanai No.P2/696/2009 dated 8.6.2015 and to pass final orders thereon within a time limit.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request three months' time to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the third respondent against petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Court hereby directs the third respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner dated 8.6.2015 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
