ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025 and to provide police protection.

2. On perusal of records revealed that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, who is none other than the brother of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that police protection cannot be granted while the civil dispute is pending.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs. 02-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SMA
