The petitioner prays for promotion to the post of Assistant Draughtsman.

Therefore, when the matter came up for hearing, upon being pointed out by this Court, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh with the same cause of action with appropriate relief.
